Spent the last two hours finally finishing the Lammas / Lughnasadh article. It came out exactly like I wanted it to with an informative intro, a snapshot of correspondences, recipes, crafts, and journal prompts. There's more I could do - link the internals - like Mabon, Imbolg, the herbs and crystals that correspond with the holiday's energies, etc. - but I think I may leave it like it is for now and then next July I can revisit it after I've got a solid content bank and link up the missing pieces. I'm gonna go stretch, get out of my bathrobe, throw my hair in a pony, refill my coffee, and then I'll start on the August Full Moon article that's also needed for Enchantmonths.

Got sidetracked and felt compelled to do a bit of a site map and publishing schedule so I don't get lost in all of this content:

- Thursdays: Enchanted Elements (this is fun, I developed this on the fly as part of my sidetrack. Now I'm going to sidetrack more and go craft the doors and pages for these sections)

- Paranormal Activity
- Fridays: Bonus Content (this is a link I'm going to add above the four main doors on a portal page)

Okay, so now off to crafting enchanting doorways. It's fun watching all of this evolve and come together. I like seeing my mind laid out in this format.

Just finished creating all the pages and images for the four doors of the Enchanted Elements section of the website: The Faerie Realm, The Dragon's Den, Mythological Creatures, and Paranormal Activity. I'm feeling another Diary Post coming on, so I might segway for a little, write that other piece, and then head back to doing the moon magic article for August. It's also on my radar to finish the Contact Me page (and then I have to work on the About Me section, which also has doorways.

I guess I wasn't for real. I decided to lay down for a cute, cozy little cat nap and ended up in a three-hour coma. Guess I was tired, too. I woke up with the knowing that I needed to add a dream journal to my blog, and so I did. I created the door for it first, then, since it's going in the blog and not as a page, I created a label for it and put up a placeholder page until I make my first entry, at which point I'll delete the current placeholder.
I realized I forgot to put a quote on the bottom of the Enchanted Elements page, so I went back and did that. I also did the same for the blog page.
And NOW I'm off to do the moon magic post. I literally have nothing more to do. And since I imagine I'll be staying up late thanks to that Gillighan's Island Three-Hour Tour into slumber, I'll likely be able to get the Contact Me page fixed up, too. That'll be nice.
7:58 p.m.
I finally finished crafting the August Moon Magic article, and then spent forever and a day trying to get the formatting right, which I did. I don't know what I'm doing that causes the font to change when I try to remove extra space between the subheadings. Anyway, that's handled. Now I have to go in and add product throughout. Once I have that done, I'm going to detour and create a Daily Dose section for my blog. I want to capture my coffee thoughts in the morning -- my tarot card, the day's correspondences, my mood, my plans for the day. And then I like to edit that same post at the end of the day and add a summary of how the day went and how it aligned with the correspondences. That will also fix the fourth door problem on my blog page. Right now, it's only got 3 doors and my poor little brain can't handle it. I need four. Structure. Routine. Uniformity. Consistency. Dependability.
Okay, quick stretch, then coming back in to add the product and finish the page off.
(Who just made another pot of mocha flavored Starbucks ground coffee? This girl! - I love my days off and all the extra time I have to play. Either that, or I'm manic. Either way...)

Well, that was a ton easier than I thought it would be. I'm getting better and faster as I figure things out. And who ended up buying one of the products she found to promote on this page? This girl! The glass jar for moon water was more than I could resist.
Yep. While I do feel another dear diary post coming on, and I do want to do the doorway and page for The Daily Dose, I do also want to go ahead and knock out that About/Contact page as I promised myself. The About Me page will be something I don't keep to a schedule, but will update when I have something fun. For example, the About Me page could have 4 doors that lead to:

- Library
- Grandma's Faerie Good Bakery (and other kitchen witchery)
- --- haven't figured this one out yet, but I have time to think about it.

Yep, now that I've thought it through, let me go build it. It's 8:30 now. Let's see how long this takes.

I just finished the About & Contact portal page. It's just the bones. All the doors need content behind them, so this is just the start. I did the intro, and created the images/pages and linked the doorways to individual pages that I created, created images for, and then put in the filler placeholder content.

Holy shit, I did it. I finished the Contact Me page. I created each image, wrote the intro, had to get the html code right to wrap the images in silver border, get the captions right, and have them aligned in a table. They all link to the appropriate social media channels. I decided not to start all new channels for Mystic Muse and to just work with what I have, which I clearly explained on the page.
And with that, I'm falling asleep on myself in spite of the three hour nap and extra cups of late-night coffee. I could not be more pleased with this day. I am so proud. I got done everything on my task more and so much more, even though I got sidetracked and delayed several times. I hope tomorrow is as productive.
